Varmints
Friday, July 1, 2007 The
Fleabitten Varmints appear in two summer venues!
After a
successful run at the Bellflower Theater Company, the Fleabitten
Varmints are about to begin a summer full of improv comedy and
craziness. Beginning July 6th, they will be
performing The Buck Physte Show every Friday at 11:30pm in the
Royal Theater aboard the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California. A
twist on classic improv formats, The Buck Physte Show uses a
late night talk show format to house an array of classic games
with a Varmints twist.
The Varmints
will also be performing in between innings during Long Beach
Armada games. “It is quite an honor to be asked to contribute
to Armada games,” says Joe Hogan, Varmints manager and
co-owner of Fleabitten Productions. “We’ll be spicing up
their in-game BINGO contests, playing games and having fun with
the audience from time to time.” Many of the characters from
the Buck Physte Show will be making appearances at the Armada
games with possible Armada specific characters in the works.
Varmints involvement at Armada games begins Monday, July 2nd
and will continue throughout the summer.
